Responsibilities:
Dishwashing:
Operate industrial-grade dishwashers to clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and effectively.
Organization and Cleaning:
Maintain a neat and orderly dishwashing area, ensuring all items are properly sorted and stored for easy access and use.
Food Safety:
Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including handling and storing cleaned items appropriately to prevent cross-contamination.
Kitchen Support:
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, as needed, to facilitate a smooth workflow during busy periods.
Trash Removal:
Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables responsibly, keeping the kitchen and surrounding areas clean and clutter-free.
Equipment Maintenance:
Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the kitchen supervisor or manager for prompt repair or replacement.
Compliance:
Comply with all health and safety regulations, Allenberry policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with other kitchen team members, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Flexibility:
Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the restaurant.

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
