Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival.
Act as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and with a positive attitude.
Personalized Service:
Take the time to understand each guest's preferences, needs, and interests.
Tailor recommendations and offerings to match individual guest profiles to enhance their overall experience.
Concierge Services:
Offer expert advice and recommendations on local attractions, dining options, recreational activities, and any other guest inquiries to ensure they make the most of their time at Allenberry Resort and in the surrounding area.
Reservations and Check-ins:
Assist with the check-in and check-out processes, making each guest feel valued and attended to.
Handle reservations and guest bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, striving to exceed expectations and turn any negative experiences into positive ones, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Guest Engagement:
Initiate interactions with guests to anticipate their needs and actively engage in conversation to build rapport and create a friendly, approachable environment.
Upselling and Promotions:
Promote resort amenities, packages, and services to guests, showcasing the unique experiences and offerings available at Allenberry Resort.
Special Events and Activities:
Collaborate with the activities team to inform guests about scheduled events, workshops, and recreational activities available during their stay, encouraging participation.
Continuous Improvement:
Provide feedback and insights to management on guest preferences, areas for improvement, and innovative ideas to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk, concierge, or guest services role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect and engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude, adaptable, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the resort and its guests.
