Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning and Maintenance:
Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms and lodges, ensuring all areas are sanitized, organized, and stocked with necessary amenities.
Follow standard procedures to deliver the highest level of cleanliness.
Public Area Cleaning:
Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas within the resort, including lobbies, hallways, dining areas, restrooms, and recreational facilities.
Linen and Supply Management:
Replace supply of linen, towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies in an efficient and timely manner.
Guest Services:
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Adherence to Standards:
Follow all resort policies and procedures related to housekeeping, safety, and security, ensuring a secure environment for guests and fellow team members.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure smooth operations and coordinate efforts to meet guest expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Work quickly without compromising quality.
Prioritize tasks and manage time to complete assignments.
Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
